As Owner’s Project Manager (OPM) for Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI), Cardinal managed the design and construction of a 69,000 sq-ft, three tier, 188 car parking structure and a 42 car, at grade, parking lot. Cardinal closely monitored the progress of this project including schedule, budget, quality, and safety measures, ensuring that all work was performed in accordance with the specifications, contract drawings and LEED requirements.
